i wouldn't think it makes you insecure just because you don't want to hear about it. if you made it clear to her that you didn't want to hear it and she went ahead with it anyway, something is wrong with her for not respecting your wishes.
your preference is your preference... people look for different things in SO's, that's what you look for.
i've never really cared either way about hearing or telling about sexual history. in a way, it's good to be able to discuss it openly but it can also change the way you view a person.... i wouldn't judge a female for having four guys at once because, if the roles were reversed, i ain't passing up four girls at once.... that being said, i probably wouldn't want to have a serious relationship with a woman that has had that experience before though.... preferences.
