I gained 3lbs over thanksgiving weekend (as of Saturday morning)
But I got on this morning and it's gone.
The only thing I did different was eat like crap over thanksgiving weekend and eat better the last 3 days.
I seemed to have inherited my dads gene more so then my mom's
She was fairly tall for a woman, 5'9" or so, and she was pretty thin, never gained weight, hardly at all, even when she was older, she was still pretty thin.

Okay, here's a pathetic little fact about me. I used to be obsessed with the scale...obsessed!
I would weigh in the morning and before bed, and sometimes I'd weigh before lunch to see if I should eat. So I have learned, through years of research that whatever I weigh at night before bed, I can subtract 1 3/4 pounds and that will be what I weigh the next morning.
