I'm debating on whacking it off. I haven't had a real haircut in about 3 yrs or so.... Mrs. Chow has trimmed it a couple 3 times........but that has been about it

LOL.... I keep the goatee really really short. Matter of fact... Mrs Chow just told me I need to trim it up some more.

I don't want a big ol nasty flavor saver.

Well, my husband actually loved the polenta (w/onion and mozz) casserole. I followed a recipe and made some changes. What was interesting about this dish is that it had me make 6 indents in the polenta and drop whole eggs into the wholes. This, topped with the veggie meats very much made it like a southern breakfast (grits, eggs, meat, cheese). The greens help and I chose to serve a dark bread instead of a biscuit.

I can work with short tee's. All I need is about two inches of hair. I'm gonna try and find a pic.

It kind of looks like this, which is silly, tho I typically added a bit more color.

We've been talking about trying to go meatless a couple days of the week.

I don't want to full on vegan it, but a day or two in the week with no meat would be good.

Mrs. Chow has been pushing that one, so I figure I'll give it a shot, heck... should be cheaper too ... meat is expensive.

Usually lower calories as well. A hot dog, for example, usually has 200-300 calories where a tofu pup has 60. Substituting a couple of days a week should be manageable. A word of advice, for fake meat products look for Quorn.
