It was curly and I had to make sure things were in place and started with gel and then work on the edges and then spray my hair.

i guess it depends on what you eat. I set aside 30-35 mins but lately i only needed maybe 15-20. And if that's the only time I go during the day then i see nothing wrong with 20-20 mins since we are talking about everything I ate the day before.
