Does anyone ever notice how happy women get when getting married, but are even happier when getting a divorse? Is this like some new trend?? The recycle marriage thing? What are the benefits of repeated marriages for women? Or maybe im just late to this trend?

They both have their benefits for women and the smart (or experienced - if they've been through the cycle more than once) ones know that to complete the cycle is to find fulfillment.

It's not just women, it's anyone who wants to escape and return to freedom.

Seriously, you couldn't come up with a less simple-minded way to start another gender bash? At least a more creative one?

I find the complexities and scrumptiousness of apple pie appealing

No kidding! I agree with this ^^^

Seriously OP...like there is some hidden agenda? The man is the victim and the woman is an evil orchestrator, planning the marriage and subsequent divorce from the beginning? Is that what you think?

Quite possibly, the man was just a loser. Maybe he put on a great show while they were dating and then became a deadbeat. Maybe he cheated on her, maybe...maybe...maybe.. but don't assume it's always HER and when you are stuck in a lifeless marriage and the divorce becomes final, I'm sure there are a wide range of emtions, happiness being just one of them.

No matter how well you think you know a friend, you will truly never know all the circumstances for their divorce.

A trend I suspect among men who whine about women is the reemergence of huffing (glue, gasoline, etc). It causes slight brain damage, but a person can still somewhat function.

Noticing this about a couple of women, from over 3 billion on the planet, does not make it a "trend".

No Sane person is happy with a divorce, even if they asked for it, including women. Especially if it was a long marriage with children, that is a very difficult and trying time. Where do you guys come up with this stuff?
