No need to complicate or over analyze it. The porn market is geared--by men--toward what they think women like but it's what men like. I've seen hotter scenes in R rated movies.

It is sad... On the other hand, so much for no test-driving...

Don't be so sure Byrd. I used to witness the Hasidim in NY picking up prostitutes off the streets in their synagogue vans and sneaking down into the underground sex clubs in Manhattan. You'd be surprised what so called religious people will do when they think no one is watching.

With their wives?

(I don't think so.)

My eyes don't lie, and I have no reason to lie about their actions.

I think you're not getting it. They're hiding behind religion. That makes them fakes. The "wolves in sheeps clothing" in the bible. They can call themselves anything they like, that doesn't mean they are. Don't be sucked into believing that nonsense that just because some show a certain religion in a bad light that they're the norm.

Huh? Actually, I was just trying to explain something and it takes a lot more than this to get me riled. I was trying to say that people have this attitude...mentality...what have you...like, Whoooaaahoho! I see religious people doing THIS all the time so THIS is the way religious people are... And to not be fooled by that. It's as easy to be looped into that as it is for some to be taken by the fake religious.

I don't have an attitude that all religious people are this or that based on the actions of a few nor was I trying to imply such a thing. I simply stated an example that not all people who represent themselves as religious would exempt themselves from sketchy behavior. It's not to say that any one religion is guilty of this or that all members of a certain faith are at fault for the actions of a few.

There is no ewww factor with porn if you enjoy porn. The lady in this story was obviously repulsed by what she saw, no matter what kind of porn it was.

The problem with the OP's story is - how does a person marry someone and not know them deeply enough to know that porn repulses them? If they waited until marriage to have sex, they never discussed sex? Really? Who the hell marries someone they don't completely know inside and out, that's the problem.

and you're right, as usual, not a sufficient amount of info.
