people often know what they should stop doing -- doesn't mean they can actually do that. if people could do all these things, divorce would be abolished . I like no. 18 and no. 24

Yep. Brilliant stuff.

Sadly though, the ones that need that advice are the ones that seem to be impervious to having such advice ever sink in.....which is why we have the same posters with the same issues here over and over and over.

The list has good, but generalized statements that have been regurgitated from other sources. Pick up any self help book and you'll see the same points. Nevertheless, this can be a good starting point to get people thinking.

Exactly. There will always be some guy who says, "Yeah, but..." These are the people who think the rules don't apply to them in life.
