So, is it actually illegal for someone who is infected with the HIV virus to engage in unprotected sex?
Think of it as a more secretive sex criminal.
You aren't a criminal, and you don't have to tell everyone in your nieghborhood that you had sex with an underaged child, but you have to tell your partner that you do have HIV before going all the way.
