Speaking of urban noise - I'm in a new place (again) and there are two neighborhood dogs down the street somewhere. I think it's a German Shepherd and one of those pseudo-dogs like a Chihuahua.
They started barking this morning around 9am and DID NOT STOP until around 4:30pm. Best I can figure is their owners left them out for the day, and they either found a rabbit hole or a REALLY slow burglar.
