My friend has to travel all over Europe from California...when I complain of being jet lagged when I visit...he told me to take the attitude that "the time it is is the time it is"...I don't know if it works for everyone but it helped me!Oh that and ambien !

You can't follow the same instructions for ambien. "Take two" doesn't work...

Gotta up the dose to 3 or more glasses. That keeps me passed out all night long! LOL
