Give it another 2 weeks or so...you'll come out of class wanting to jab and kick everything in sight.
It gives me a false sense of strength though...I feel like I can kick some ass, but in reality...I'm sure I couldn't. LOL
I'm pretty much there! There are 4 regulars in the class and we are starting to get annoyed when new people come. It usually means we have to partner with them and can't punch and kick as hard. The newbies never come back a second time, though.
I still hate the cardio part of the class, though. Planks are my nemesis.

LOL, planks are easy for the first 10 seconds...then the whole body starts to quiver and I want to scream! I think I once told my trainer to EF off when he was teasing me..."I could make a milkshake on your back with all that shakin'"

The regular ones aren't so bad, but then we have to do each side and I am so WEAK on my left side. Plus my feet always slide back and I can't hold my butt down. LOL
Last week the instructor made us do them after we had done a **** ton of other cardio and were exhausted. It was horrible. We were all sweating all over and sliding and couldn't stay up and he wouldn't let us be done until we all held it for 20 seconds. Guess who's face I was picturing on the bags that night?

LMAO!
I was in the class called "team fitness". There were two teams of 4 people each. We'd meet 3 times a week and on the last meeting of the week the entire hour session was a team challenge...and the loser team had to run the back stairs 20 up, 20 down. It was two flights. Goodness I hated when we lost and I REALLY hated that instructor.

I'm sure the look on my face is pleasant when I'm punching and he comes up behind me and yells "faster!" I do punch harder, though. LOL
