Yeah, I have big oven on my phone which I use most of the time. Finding a recipe isn't hard, discerning between the good and the bad is the problem. I'm thinking as I cook more things I'll start to learn that various ingredients and such are things I like or dont. You have to keep in mind I started cooking for the first time a year and a few months ago but that only constitutes about 4 months as I have a cook on the boat. I don't even qualify for amateur status yet. lol

It gets better. I am finding that simple is the way to go. Not prepackaged simple. Good food, good ingreadients and simple prep are key to good cooking.
