Alot of women say eyes.I don't want to sound ignorant but unless your asian or something I don't see big differences in peoples eyes unless your talking about eye color.

Eyes first, smile second. I don't mind less than perfect teeth as long as the smile backs them up, of course I do expect good hygeine...all the way around.
