".....Generalizing what a woman wants from a man is not easy. Most women think differently and it takes a lot of intuition on your part to really understand what a woman’s thinking. Some women will say they want men who can protect them (like Prince Charming, or some knight from a fairytale). Some will say they want men who will treat them as an equal.
Asking a girl directly will only confuse you, so don’t. However, there is a way to find out what a woman wants from you by taking a closer look at how she tests you...."

You're making too much sense.

It's always the same. Blogs, loose claims of sciency this or that, and finally a dating guru or a PUA.

I don't really believe you intended a light hearted thread. I believe you would have gone down a psych-babble road if you had a different audience. You might still be able to as the night and days wear on.

eta: I also think you're a sock.

The thing is, even when we try to give you the answers you're asking for, you aren't listening, you don't believe us, or you find some psycho babble online that contradicts our answer and go with that so, really, what's the point in asking us anything? We have no reason to lie or give you anything but honest answers. But it's apparently not what you want to hear, so.....happy hunting.

"Why women have to test men?

Simple, They want to know how you react, express, control & manage a situation. Most women strongly believes that guys always have a second thought about everything (Yes we do!). But, We fake few of our original characters and keeps our face smiling even she wastes hours of time in make-ups."

So - by this logic - is my husband "testing" me when he does things like ask me where the remote is or ask me how my day was? What are his real intentions!

Now I'm going to think twice ever time I ask someone to watch my bag or my jacket for me! Then again - since I still don't understand why this would be a test - I guess I'll never know if they passed or not!

Some women will say and want A. Other women will say and want B. How dare they not speak in unison as a single entity. Women actually want different things? Yep, all so they can confuse the guys.

Well, so far the answers I have gotten were "Women dont test men", "you need to go see a shrink" and "you attract women who test". Im willing to consider the last answewr, but it will take me a little while to really get a good idea if that the case or not. To be perfectly honest, i was expecting at least some to give me an idea of why women test men. But I do appreciate the responses, I really do.

Remember, a man isn't testing a woman. He's just trying to be attentive enough to get your pants off.
