Let's be honest. The kid does come first. And I know I was that kid and my mom was single. I was a complete dick at age seven to any dude that came around but what worked for me was to show the child you are a man and what I mean by that is do manly things with the child. I mean my stepfather who also passed away showed me things that was in the medical field that he invented and he was number one in the country for doing his job.
