No.
Even if a woman is physically able to get preggers or orgasm, there is no guarantee that she will.
The nothing is promised to anybody, the only guarantee you have in life, is that one day you will die. Everything you do before you die, like get preggers or orgasm is totally up to you.
That's the problem with this, and most posts like it. Generalizations!!!!!
