Um...okay.

It isn't exactly something that's reversible, so if there's a choice to be made by the recipient--and it's usually not--it can only be made if he's uncut.

i think all peoples genitalia should be left as nature intended. regardless of aesthetics.

boys and girls.

it should only be altered if complications are inevitable (phimosis, curving, etc etc)
