..the guy I went out with the other night told me that at the end of the day of hanging out with my best friend yesterday, that they then went into the hot tub?? I'm not really jealous or anything, I mean we only went out once and I'm still feeling him out and the couple of times I've seen him before that was with our friends. its just that it strikes me as weird, especially since he volunteered the information. My friend has a boyfriend anyways. but the only time I've gone into a hot tub with the opposite sex when we weren't dating was when it was a big group of co-eds. so sitting in the hot tub, half naked and one on one is not something I would do with a guy I'm not dating. He didn't say if they just stuck their feet in..I feel like he would have specified that if that were the case..
Well, I suppose it can be harmless, but if I had a boyfriend and he went into a hot tub with just my best friend (or any other woman) alone, I'd probably be a little peeved. Or maybe a lot peeved. I don't know. They tend to be sexy settings, so things can happen. Or nothing can happen, but I think the general idea is for something to happen.

ya I don't know what to think. she's not the type to be all over a guy but she hangs out with guys a lot platonically so who knows what I should think.
Since he mentioned this first, perhaps it was all innocent as far as he's concerned. I don't think he would have mentioned it if something fishy went on. I would be concerned about your friend's intentions on the other hand though, regardless of whether she has a BF or not.

good point. the thing is, she's not that kind of person. the only thing is, I know she is on the fence about her relationship..so who knows.
