Well, I certainly don't speak for all men, and i wouldn't want to, but if my manhood came off for any reason I'd probably try to shut off the need to want women.
If I were married? I'd have a discussion with her about what's happening to me, and if she still wants to feel the closeness of sex, and if she still has that need, I'd probably divorce her so she can pursue a man who can fulfull her needs.
