I'm wondering if any exist. Don't get me wrong. I have no problem with people watching porn or performing in it. It's just that most of it seems repetitive to me. The actors all look alike and do the same things. I hate to say that it bores me but it does. I also find that the older I get, the more I want something genuine and romantic.
Since porn seems to be more male driven, I was wondering if men's feelings towards porn change as they get older?
Does nothing for me anymore. Played around with it when I was young, experimenting in past relationships but even then it didn't add much to the bedroom games. I agree that its repetitive and more often than not just totally mindless and unimaginative. It's way more fun to play with the real thing.

Can't you get 'the job done' without watching porn? You actually need it?
Porn addiction is as bad as any drug addiction. I am a very strong person, never been addicted to cigarettes, alcohol or any drugs, but it does not matter what happens in my life, i tend to always go back to porn.
There have been times when I was so disgusted with porn, what it does to women and the jerks that are in this business, but even being aware of all that, there is something that draws me back to porn and it is totally overwhelming.
I guess now, I can better understand what a drug addiction may be like!
I hear you. All I can say is without going into too much detail- porn has a purpose. To me, its all about rubbing one out. Period. I'm not sure its even enjoyable without it.
But I am at the point where about 80% of it turns me off and I like specific things, that being pretty much normal, one on one, amateur married stuff. Nothing weird. Actual porn stars kind of turn me off.

I can- its just not as enjoyable I guess is the best way to some it up. Its not like things don't work without it. It just fulfills the mental/fantasy part of it. I'm visual- laying there with my eyes closed doesn't cut it.

Oh okay. Have you ever tried using your imagination while doing it instead of just laying there with your eyes closed?
I'm visual also, but I'd rather be visual with a guy being there with me in person. When I'm pleasuring myself, I just flip the switch on in my imagination and, omg, there I go lol....to me, it's way more enjoyable and more intense because in my mind, I can fantasize about exactly what I want to imagine doing...and my imagination tops anything that's on film or in a video.
95% of straight/normal men are into/watch porn, the other 5% are lying
95% of straight/normal men masturbate, the other 5% are lying
"No fap" movement is a joke, most of those men relapse and the supposed "benefits" of no-fap are questionable or superstitious at best. There's even been research that men who engage in sexual activity more often have slightly lower prostate cancer risk, keeping it "bottled up" is unnatural and likely bad for your health contrary to what no-fapper guys say.
All those mass-shooters of recent years have 1 thing in common: lack of sexual access or a woman/GF. Masturbation and porn are very good for society actually, and probably the reason these mass shootings are not more common than they already are. "Well meaning" people and goodie-twoshoes religious types that want to "ban porn" have nooooooooo idea what they are asking for things like porn, prostitution, drugs, alcohol, etc are the "release valve" of society. To "shut off" these steam valves is to invite violence, mental illness, unrest.
It's likely rape is also tied to a lack of a societal "steam valve" for male sexual energy, if you notice rape seems to be more common in places where there is a large influx of young Muslim men, and why is that? Because porn and such is banned under Islam and that culture generally, as an example. But just because porn is "banned" or there are no women, the powerful male sex-drive doesn't just "go away", and so it manifests or expresses itself in destructive ways (refugee rape, mass shootings, etc).

Wow, Ubby, you're off to a roaring start here.
SO much misinformation in one post. Do you watch a lot of Bill Maher?
Sure they do, that is why they were made as hour long plus feature films in the golden age.
They were made that way to pretend it was art so it would not be banned. When the consumer moved from a theatre where they masturbated to the film with built in recovery time in the dark for another try to his home when he could stop the VCR and not wanting to fast forward the industry responding by selling compilations without a binding script for the fantasy scenarios.
