Some Northern chicks won't give you the time of day unless you look like a Winklevoss Ivy Jock or a Paulie D meat head.
EEEEK!!! This born and raised northeastern girl would prefer to not date either! Until a few days ago, I'd never even seen someone in real life with Paulie D hair. I thought it was just something from that awful show, but a guy with hair like that stopped me and asked me for directions this week. I was so stunned that I was dumbfounded for a minute. He was actually really cute, but that hair just killed it. And I'm in a big city. Moved here from an even larger NE city, and I've just now seen Paulie D hair.

I'll date within or outside my ethnicity too, since I'm not too particular about that. It comes down to the person more than anything.

Is there a problem with me noticing this? Why are you so offended? Are a SWF?
I could say that those in Texas are way different from the rest of the South. I know. My cousin lives out there.

Do you really have to ask?

Perhaps they just like being with a man who feels lucky to have them. A pretty woman can have any man she wants. Who will be more attractive? The guy who thinks he deserves her or the one who thinks he's lucky to have her?

You're right.

And what is with the not able to get a SWF? Do people here eally complain about not being able to date a southern gal? They're actually the friendliest and most willing to give you some time.

This is a good answer because I have a very pretty SFW friend who kind of said the same thing. She goes for guys that are average because she feels they will appreciate her more and treat her better.

Well I didn't really mean an actual Paulie D. LOL.

Just a beefy dude. OR a well groomed yuppie type. I lived in Boston and if you're weren't of the two, you were SOL in the dating scene.

I live in California but my parents are Southern. I don't care for the groomed yuppie type, I like guys like my Dad.
