I'm a bit of a nerd... I'm into physics and aerodynamics, you'd see me reading a book by Carl Sagan long before youd catch me reading twilight, I regularly go to comicons and star trek conventions and I actually own a star trek uniform. I also play a ton of video games (mostly RPGs) and read comic books.
Of course, I also have tattoos, have played in bands and am generally a badass
I LOVE nerds. I have always gone after the nerdy guys, much to the chagrin of my friends, but so far haven't really been able to snag one. I guess they get scared of an 6'tall tattooed rehead coming after them
So does that make you a "Trekkie" or a "Trekker"?
(I'm a Star Wars girl personally, but I love Tribbles, lol!)

At some point you get older and want someone loyal, stable and willing to do a lot of different things in the bedroom. Which geeks and nerds will easily fulfill.
No joke right?! You give an Orc war cry in public, and most people look at you funny, hubby, naw he screams back at me "Blood for the Blood God!"
(We are WH40K die hard players)

Don't judge a nerd/geek/dork by their title. Not all of us are wimpy. Some of us love our 1911's!

Oh please. I can drive anything from a 3 speed 289, to a four on the floor, standard H, 5 speed suicide shift, 6 speed, 7 speed, 10 speed (w 2/R) to a 18 speed high/low split (used to have a CDL), not too good with a 5x3 though. Not to mention foot shifting on bikes and 4 wheelers.
I don't know if you could classify me as a nerd/geek/dork though, I have a TON of different hobbies and tastes. From sports, to hunting, to cars, to cooking, and then to my nerdier pursuits such as FF games, D&D, WH40K, Magic cards, I still have my Vic 20 and Commodore 64, and Runescape. I guess I'm just well rounded.
So...because "nerds also like sex", that is cause to give them a chance? Ah...no. Lots of nerds have girlfriends. It's not the fact that one is a nerd...there can be a million reasons why he isn't getting laid.
I was a geek in school and actually had no friends until high school. I have no idea what happened but when I got to high school people seemed to like me - go figure. I have to tell you the best is yet to come especially when you go to your first class reunion and everyone that thought you were substandard as a person find you oh so interesting. I think the secret is while others were getting drunk or taking drugs the geeks and the nerds developed interests that propelled them forward in their careers or just made them so damn interesting. Believe me when I tell you there is someone for everyone and one day the Queen from your Prom will be all over you.

A geek is NOT a nerd. Not the same thing. Geeks are definitely much better off!!

I agree with you. That's why I made my post that I did. It was a compliment to the OP. No way in hell that he is a nerd. Nerds tend to be into their studies and electronic gadgets, lot's and lot's of fantasy video games, drive unfashionable autos (nothing cool or fast) etc...etc... IMO Op is NOT a nerd!
And what better than a group of pillow fighting Princess Leia's?!
