I'd guess I'd have better luck in cities with large population from Mediterranean, Central, and Eastern Europe. That usually translates to East Coast for the most part.

I've only dated men from my own region (near Chicago), so I don't know how I'd fare with others!

I don't know...there's too many transplants in NYC! I don't think it really matters where they're from around the US. A jerk is a jerk whether he's from the Northwest or Southeast.
I can say that there are certain men from other countries that I have not gotten along with simply because they frown upon women and treat them at best as 3rd class. But that's a whole other topic
