Losing 20 pounds without even trying;
Getting an incredible nights sleep;
Sleeping outside on the deck on a perfect night;
Sitting on the beach, in the winter, just before sunset without another person in sight;
Going to a neighborhood bar that you can walk to that is full of people you know and love;
Finding the out-of-print book you have wanted for YEARS, at a flea market;
Cooking the best meal - ever;
Taking a walk in the summer just before sunset and smelling honeysuckle;
Waking up in the middle of the night and finding out that all your pets snuggled up to you while you were sleeping;
Catching an old song on the radio that you haven't heard for years that brings back a flood of wonderful memories;
Smelling something that reminds you of your deceased grandmother, grandfather or parent;
Trying a new food and discovering you LOVE it.
