It seems that lots of people are taking nude photos of themselves these days. Imagine that your SO liked to show off his/her assets by posting pics of his/her naked body on amateur body rating sites. Would this be a problem for you? Would it be ok if they cropped out their faces and made it completely anonymous? What if you discovered that they did it in the past, but don't do it any longer?

I don't think I'd ever be with someone who was that into themselves to even do it once. Way over the top on the egotistical side. Not my cup of tea.
But you don't need to go to that length, just take a look at some of these profile pictures in this place. Ladies, Ladies, Ladies, geesh, why, when given the opportunity to display yourselves on sites like this do you post the most absolute skankiest pictures of yourselves or a bare a$$ed as you can get? It draws attention to you - but not the right attention. Then you post on this forum about how you can't find the right guy. Well, ask yourself what type of guy would be drawn to a photo like that. I'm no prude and I don't think it's necessary to be nun, but some of you could be very attractive if you'd lighten up the skankiness of your pics. Also, bear in mind that once you post a picture on sites like these they are forever available to anyone who may happen to save it or google your real or screen name.

It's advertising. Why do people advertise? To gain something. To my guy if he were that narcissistic; If the advertising you're doing pertains to your nude body, let me know [would like to say bend over but it would probably get moderated ] so I know where to put this ring, mmkay?

I hate narcissists and narcissism, so it's highly unlikely that I'd even go out with someone like that in the first place; it's just plain ugly attention seeking nonsense, IMO.
I would never, and I would hope my significant other would have enough love and respect to never as well ... unless he, or I were getting paid millions and it was for charity (Ha ha ha) !!!!!
Maybe your next door neighbor? Apparently, these sites get a lot of photo submissions so it could be anyone. Some men even post nude photos of their own wives/girlfriends.
