Should I get a rebound guy? I just went through a bad break up and I could really use something to take my mind off it. I dont want to be hurt nor do I want to hurt anyone. I met someone I feel there is a mutual attraction with , we have only had a little kiss. Thoughts?

I see no problem with it as long as you are COMPLETELY up-front and honest with him that you are using him as your rebound guy.

Can't argue with that. Like said, be upfront and honest

Being honest about it is crucial. But even then, you never know...

I usually refrain from rebounding, because it's always been more drama than it was worth...Yeah it takes your mind off things, but then there are 'new' things you're kind of oblivious to w/ the new guy... Just be careful.

If you two are not on the same page, problems will ensue.

As long as you're up front about it...but honestly maybe you should just take some healing time. It can be really great to be alone after a bad break up. Time to reconnect with friends and get your thoughts in order. Think about it.
