Not always true, not always false.

I know it makes people who've been hurt feel better to say this kind of stuff, but in reality, it's just not always the case.

Life is really not so black and white.

True.

I know a man that left his wife for some college girl. Then the college girl got pregnant and he left her too. BIG SURPRISE, right!? Apparently it was to her, everyone else not so much.

I've been saying it for years. Whatever a person can do with you, they can do to you. When you are the other man or woman in a married relationship and marry that person - chances are it will happen to you too. I've seen enough examples to know. If you steal with a person, more than likely they will steal from you and so on and so on.

Just because someone "can" do something doesn't mean they always will

That's why it says 'can' and now will.

Works all ways from what Ive seen. Had a married woman chasing me when I was younger. She was discusted with her abusive husband and and she was just trying to escape a bad situation. Nothing sexual ever happened, but it easily could have.
I have a friend who left his terrible wife (the meanest woman Ive ever met) for the women he was having an affair with (just the opposite, sweet and kind). Theyre happily married now.
I also know a couple who have been married 20+ years and niether one of them is capable af not cheating. They stay together out of convienience, maybe?

I've got a coworker that gossips about everyone all of the time.

I'm curious what he says about me.

Exactly.

Some cheaters only cheat once and end up with the partner they were meant to be with and never cheat again.

Some cheaters are serial cheaters - have bigger emotional issues and keep repeating the same pattern in relationship after relationship.

If he's a gossip his word is not reliable, so you shouldn't give him a second thought

But it's so true - if he'll gossip with you, he'll definitely gossip ABOUT you.
