People suggesting things to do with your hair, clothes, glasses, etc. are expressing their personal opinions on their "type" and are not a reflection of the population in general. I bet there are plenty of women who would love the way you look, just as you are now. All you need to do is get out there and find them
Like Shootinig Star and neg said above, clothing, glasses, hair cut all go a long way. You have enough going for you that a minor makeover and clothing change would make you stand above average. Find out what colors work with your complexion. You are competing with a lot of other "Average guys" out there and what ever you have to do to stand out will help.
Like the advise to shortdoc in the other post, get a hold of a "make over or fasion consultant.

Could you lose a few pounds? Yep, probably. But I doubt its a deal breaker for most women. Did you say how old you were? That may make a difference too, younger women may be looking for different things than slightly older women.
Please don't be jealous of the hot girls that the hot guys get. I've heard way too many times that those hot girls are not so hot inside. They're usually more work and drama than you'd want, most likely. And, they usually can't carry a convo to save their lives.
Just keep working on yourself. I think you're a pretty decent looking guy and when you meet the right girl she will think you're the hottest guy around.

Actually, I don't find that to be true necessarily... the 'hot girls' I know tend to be pickier about who 'gets' to talk to them and tend to have an inflated sense of self importance. The average or above average girls tend to be a bit more approachable.

You are 100% right. The notion that hot girls are b--hces in something that fat girls promote. At the end of the day, physical appearance has nothing to do with personality.
