We are finally going to get a break from the heat tomorrow. Supposed to rain most of the weekend which is great news for the fire areas. We had air quality warnings all day yesterday because of the smoke from the fires here and in Wyoming.

Lucky! it's scorching over here and there are no signs of it letting up.

We're going to see a drop off for at least a few days at the beginning of next week. going to be in the 80s.

Never knew I'd be cheering for some 80s temps.

That is where we are going to be starting tomorrow and I am really looking forward to it. I am done with triple digits.

Out here in la la land, we're actually on the chilly side... the last couple of days, it hasn't cracked 70...

Really odd for this time of the yr.

My folks live in San Diego and they said they had to wear sweat shirts yesterday.

Yeah, it depends on how close you are to the ocean.

I'm about a mile or so from the beach, so it stays a bit cooler in general then the further inland you go.
