No, we usually don't eat before 7pm. My husband usually doesn't get home from work until 6:15 or 6:30 and some of the kids aren't home yet from practices. 7:30/8:00 is our normal dinner hour.
Oh, and the kids had hot dogs and I had leftover dirty rice with a generous helping of hot sauce..lol, the menu wasn't exactly "rich" lol
I made broiled Tilapia parmesan, sauteed scallops, and grilled shrimp skewers with a lime rice *BURP*
And ate alone!
Really? You cooked all that for yourself? Heck...when I'm alone I have cheese and crackers and a glass of wine. Either that or a cup of soup if I have some left over. I would never cook dinner if I didn't have to feed this family. Dinner is just unappealing to me.
