Personally without meat there can be no meal, only a snack. In fact the meat is the meal, that other stuff is just in the way. Unless of course you're talking about cold cereal which is the only substance known to man which can be eaten without meat and still be a meal.

That's me for almost every meal, except for breakfast, which it is not obligatory.
Pretty much every meal I eat will have meat of some variety. Unless it's pasta, which I will make an exception, but that's a bunch of carbs, which is also yum.

Well I'm no chef, but I can cook pretty decent. I'm better on the grill than anything.
I think all men who learn how to cook in any way will learn how to cook over an open fire first lol.
