You probably need to go see a doctor to give you actual medication. I know first hand that back injuries don't just go away.
This is real medication from a Dr. I've had back issues for years. This just exacerbates it.

Well you probably need to not be moving too much until it heals, but you do need to do stretching I bet.

Probably. I'm lazy, though.

So grumpy, have been sick since the fourth of july, and had pneumonia thereafter. have missed my midsummer night swing, my roger waters concert, and tonight my cupcake and cocktail event at butterfields, so sad for myself my summer is drifting away in a pool of nothingness.... woah is me.

I've only been sick once during a summer in my life. I had bronchitis. That was a terrible expreience. I actually became addicted to the inhaler. I had to stop using it or else I'd never actually get better.

There will be more events in your future. Missing a few now because of sickness isn't the end.

I have to fly again soon...I don't want to but it's the only option and I'm already dreading it.

I'm planning on talking to my doc to see if she can give me some xanax. Have you considered that?
Yes Xanax and some Pinot grigio

I was just looking at the real estate listing for comps in my area and man.... I can't believe how low the real estate market is... I mean I know its low, but damn... I haven't looked at real estate for my area in a while and prices are still dropping....

I'm still right side up, but if I wanted to sell, I wouldn't get hardly anything for my place... that's even assuming I could sell it......

Sorta ruins my plans to sell and get the flock out....

I just hope in the coming yrs it makes some kind of gains....
