I am starting to think a Jeep would fun toy to have.
I've driven several CJs and Wranglers over the years. Just about any place where a lot of guys drive back on the property to fish and hunt at least one person has one. I've always had pick ups but drove my buddies Jeeps when they were too drunk or I needed to run into town to get something while out there. Check this proto out. If they build one, I'd be all over it. It's badass!!

Ooooh. I like it. Two of my brothers have jeep wranglers.

That would be loads of fun.

There is also a kit where you can convert a wranger to a pickup body.

Trust isn't a factor as their is no emotional stake in rentals that you don't and never have or will call home. I hire a management company to take care of everything. Insurance covers any major outlay and the damage done outside of that is the cost of doing business.

I like that metallic green color too. That's one tough Jeep. I'd buy one and keep my truck too. I could take that over as a field and lake truck. Isn't that a tough truck guys? I love it! Put an order in for me...I'm sold.

That's the problem, its my property and I would expect other to treat is as I would and since I know that can't be ensured I'm better off not being a landlord.
