Me and my friends are the dorks that bring board games to our favorite dive bars...I think Saturday night is unofficial game night out back. This week...another round of Settlers of Catan!

I've been playing the Legend of Zelda since 1987. I had the original NES game with the gold-colored cartridge. I never finished Twilight Princess and I really stopped playing after that. I may buy Skyward Sword this weekend for Wii now that you've got me thinking about it.

I never finished Twilight Princess either. I had the original NES game too, but it disappeared in a big family move in the early 90s. Bummer. I know you can get them on ebay for less than $100 though, so I think I may have to invest a little there. Playing on an emulator is getting old.

Bi pedal is an animal with two legs, meaning, his opening line was, "I walk on two legs". It was clever, funny and interesting. He went on from there and his whole online profile was hilarious. I could not help but respond. And like I said, in person, we clicked and had such a great time...like I said, probably one of, if not the best date I have ever had. (Yes, I did drive down to CA to meet him after quite some time talking/emailing.) This was probably the only guy I have ever felt completely and totally comfortable with and we enjoyed the same things.
Probably missed my ship there.
Oh well.

Whenever I feel like playing a game, they just hand me the game, and an original console to play it on and tell me to have fun.
So I have flashbacks to my childhood where I'm playing Legend of Zelda: a Link to the Past sitting in front of a TV
