Different levels of acceptence when a relationship is over. (girlfriend, young, friend)

When going though a break up are there different stages of grief? I've always thought there was myself.
Heartbreak, Anger, & finally acceptence.

Heartbreak of course is the first stage anger because your mad at them and or yourself for putting up with said person. And of course acceptence that it's over.

Try to hang in there - stay busy, especially physically active, that will help ease the pain a little.

Mine was : OMG! we share a young son, and he needs both set of parents!!

OK...I am giving up everything that makes me happy, and smile, and feel good about myself, because our son needs his parents.. (Both)

I choose to move back with the ex, just for the boy...not because I was impressed.

There did come a time that I realized it was dead....gone....and has been gone.
