Depending on the type of person she is, you might be able to get her back by becoming unavailable to her. Go out and get a new gf and if she's the type that wants what is unavailable, she might re-gain some interest. Of course, there is the chance that you've moved on by that time and are no longer interested in her. Your win and her loss.

I don't know the OP's story, but I think there's always a possibility to win someone back. Of course it will depend entirely on them, but for starters you can tell her you're sorry (if you wronged her) and maybe even beg. Then treat her much better than you did before.
In the end, it is never worth it. Or hardly ever worth it. Move on.
