Reminds me of a bet I had one time with a married male colleague... He was complainting of his SO lessering sex drive so I said...
since you both work, trade places... you do everything your SO does this week and vice versa...
at the end of the week he grumble handing over my money...
He had never had so many aches and pains (at the end of the day) in his life and where did his sex drive go? All he wanted to do was sleep! lol
Bingo! Stress... Do the women in question have very stressful lives full of responsibility? Stress can wreak havoc on a sex drive and make it appear to diminish.

Very good point. I wish women would make more of an effort to satisfy us, but men could also be making much more effort taking care of the kids and letting their woman get some sleep!
My sex drive is very low and the GF is overly frustrated. She thinks something is wrong with me. I just have a busy schedule so I try to fill my spare time with as much sleep as possible.
Most days I have a good drive. I think I could give the boys a run for their money.
Then there are days I don't even want to be looked at. It's a risk he takes.
