Have you ever had a crush on a complete stranger? I know it sounds weird, but recently I was surfing Facebook and I came across a girl with whom I have a mutual friend with. She had a link to her blog on her profile, so I started reading some of her posts and creative writings. I think this is what I found attractive about her; I enjoy writing and literature as well and we seem to share a lot of the same off-beat styles and interests. Anyway I was bored at work and I found myself thinking about her. I know that nothing would ever come out of this crush, being that I don't know her and it would be strange to message or add her on Facebook, but was wondering if anyone had any similar experiences? Or maybe I just need to get out more haha

Not since high school. That being said - my best friend met her husband on friendster. They didn't know each other at all but he found her intriguing, wrote to her, and the rest is history!

I think it's entirely possible. There's a barista at my local coffee place that I have an innocent crush on. I think he feels the same because he gave me a free drink one day because of the shirt I was wearing. I don't even know his name.

It happens.

Definitely. I had crushes like that in high school (I just thought he was *so* cute) and on one guy in college (I just thought he was *so* adorable. And smart! He was an engineering grad student). Those kind of crushes tend to come and go, though.

Sure did. I used to see this guy in my building all the time. We seemed to have been on the same break schedule. He was a "suit". Tall, handsome, distinguished. I think he noticed we were on the same schedule as well and from time to time he'd make silly jokes in the elevator. I don't know if he was flirting or just being nice but everytime I wanted to respond, it just came out all mumbled and nothing ever sounded smart lol. I had seen the name on his ID and one day I searched the directory for him, as I had not seen him in quite some time. He received a promotion and was transferred to another building.

The entire team? That would be a lot of work.
