I'm just passing along some info. Since you spent like 6 months trying to convince him that he's going to find someone if he looks hard enough, I think you've earned the right to feel some sense of accomplishment lol.

She is miserable because the age of 70 is approaching so her actions are understandable.

It shows. She attacked me once on here for no reason. What happened to growing old gracefully?

Maybe being lonely and lack of male companionship can be one the reasons for the negative actions

Not nasty at all - doses of reality.

I'm delighted for the most part to be four years away from 70. It seems to be a huge issue for you but not for me, Grasshopper!

Oh dear, I "attacked" you? Most likely I disagreed with something you said.

Not in the least bit lonely nor devoid of companionship - your illusion/delusion, you poor funny thing! I'm not the one who gets up at noon and sits on the computer until the wee hours of the morning because of nothing better to do ...

I know what he means though. I know people who, once they are dating someone, totally disappear. They dont hang out with their group of friends hardly ever, etc. Then, when they break up, they are back in the circle of friends again. LOL You will always get those types, though everyone is not like that. I think its good to keep a healthy balance between friends/family and SO.
