Just wondered if this has ever happened to you? It was happening to me for quite some time, and I DID NOT like it.

An ex was sending flowers to me at work 3-4 days or more a week. It started out as a dozen roses. Then an arrangement. More arrangements, more roses.

They were lining up.

It was not like some special surprise when your sweetie sends you flowers just because. I was getting them every day and did not want them. It almost felt like stalking. I started giving the arrangements to my patients, and even took them to my chiropractors office.

The end of the line was when I got 100 roses one day. I felt bad, but I refused them.

Has this ever happened to you? Ever gotten flowers or gifts you just did not want?

Yes, that happened to me once. It seems sort of manipulative when they send them to you at work, like the ex-relationship is suddenly on public display as they try to win you back, thinking they can buy your affection with flowers. It wasn't as persistent or spectacular an example as yours, but still, it was awkward and unappreciated.

Evidently my wife once did, I sent them to her work and she thought I did it to impress her coworkers. So I never did it again.

I think it would be nice if my SO did that. But just not an EX! =)

My ex hub used to bring me supermarket/petrol station flowers.

I hate them.

I've only ever had flowers once at work many many moons ago, a dozen of red, from my fiance at the time. That was lovely because I think it was V day or something.

Petrol station flowers = insult.

I would have to agree. The ones I was getting were from 1800flowers. Who sends you a hundred roses and what in the heck are you supposed to do with them????? He stopped after I sent those back.

I got some at work for my birthday last week. No name, no nothing; I pitched them.

I really cannot stand anonymous gifts. Man up and put yourself out there.
