I don't have a cell phone. I'm really happy because I don't like being on the phone. I think when someone starts texting while you are having a conversation with them it's rude and unintelligent. I always just walk away. And I don't think I'm important enough for people to call me over nothing so I won't be getting one. But to each their own.
I know there are several things that really bother people on CD about me. But I find it flattering, because I know enough about people to know what motivates them, and why certain things really irritate them. Please keep posting. It's doing wonders for my rep count.

First, you go to a variety of bars ranging from dives to upscale bars. Then it's the local pub to watch UFC. Now you work in two of them.
My head's starting to spin. Probably because now that I'm in my 30s, I'm old and "don't get it." (I do 95% of my communicating via text, FWIW. My Droid 3 is useless when it comes to talking). Luckily, I live in the Pacific Northwest where we have lots of fresh air so I can go clear my head.
I understand there's a bit of a generational issue going on here. It's pretty common for me to be out with someone who replies to texts. I'm in my 20s. Sometimes if they're texting someone else they'll ask for advice on what to say or text that they're with me and what they're doing. I understand this is difficult for older people.
Common courtesy and manners never go out of style.
I love cats. Too bad I'm stuck around people all day.
I would think it is unfortunate for those people you are stuck around all day moreso than for you.
