Are you doing the newer points plus plan or did you get in under the old plan?
Thanks! I am doing the new plan. I have never done it before so the changes don't matter to me. I have been really bad with tracking the last few months, so I am trying to get back into that habit.

I don't think Weight Watchers would work for me... It seems like low fat diets don't really do much for me..... I find that if I watch the carbs and workout more, I can drop weight fairly easy, at least the first 15 pounds.

My vino habit doesn't help either.....

Damn alcohol...... stuff puts the weight right on you.... I have actually been cutting back a bit on the wine. Need to make it more of a habit...

Help, I need a support system, or to get back in the game. NOOOOOOOOOOO!
You could have just said you were into white guys.

It's funny the more weight I gain the better my statin seems to work.
I lose weight and the cholesterol goes up, I'm missing something here.

It doesn't have to be low fat. You really can tailor it to what works best for you. However, the alcohol will definitely sabotage a person! Luckily I don't like it and rarely drink. I have enough temptations to fight.

My favorite ice cream place closes for the season in three more days. That will help. LOL

Food and booze.... those are my vices.

I don't smoke and don't give a rip about gambling.... I mean I'll go to a casino and drop 50- 100 bucks, but I can take it or leave it, that's for sure.

My dad.... he's pretty much a degenerate gambler... LOL.... and drinker... and.... smoker.... and womanizer...... and food.... and.... and.....and......

Food is my biggest vice. I would have lost more by now but I haven't given up eating out, and I don't want to!
