Okay so my goal is a 5lbs loss for the month, log 60 running miles (approx 15 miles a week) and do at least 12 sessions of a P90x video during the month.
Men are food and sex motivated. You'll do pretty much anything for either of those. Women, not so much. It's too damn cold to take a walk to get pizza!
Then walking in the cold for absolutely nothing doesn't bode well for the female logic.

Shoot, just realized, I go for another back procedure on the 2nd, so I won't be able to have the snack after I come up. Darnit. LOL guess I better carry some cheese and a drink with me that day. So it begins.
