Although tonight I'm having pizza...and WINE (shoot, that's nothing new. I have wine most nights)
I'm weighing in tomorrow at the doc's office. Not expecting anything great, just hope no gain this week, feeling bloated though I only slipped up the one time which was at that party on Sat, other than that, I've followed plan to perfection. I'm sure it's the salad that has me bloated. I love salad but it don't love me. My do suggested I use the probiotics, but they don't seem to do a thing for me.
