Maybe there is hope for me yet

When i find something about biology, i generally pay attention. It's science, after all. I read a study recently explaining that a 25 year old woman has plenty of eggs left in her reproductive cycle. Therefore, she does not feel especially horny. There is no urgency for her to procreate anytime soon. Women at this age can wait for a very long time to find a mate, and can thus be very selective.

But once a women reaches her mid to late 30s, the number of eggs she has remaining become limited. There is a lot more urgency to procreate. Women at this age are supposedly horny a lot. They also do not feel the need to be as selective. A wider pool of men can be good enough to make a woman of this age happy.

So that's what the study says. I haven't noticed it in reality. But i thought i would see what others think. If people are really interested, i'll try and find the study and repost it.

Horny? Yes. Less selective? No.

If we are thinking biologically, why would a woman want to settle for anybody if she is running out of time to have children?

Wouldn't she want something better if she is looking to mate with him for the reason of bearing a child?

30 isn't even quite running out of time, she has time to be picky!

Plenty of women date me. So they can't be THAT selective.

Also, most women of all ages are really horny.

Also, most women being selected to bear children are taken early, as early as 16 in some cases, so the market is overflown with those who know this...and it affects their "willingness" level...

when I read a lot of these threads, I'm reminded how many children frequent these boards and understand the need for the PG-13 rule...........

"Less selective"...the idea being that when a woman feels lusty she will "trade down" and screw any guy in sight?

I think you are describing male behavior.
