Well it is like this. If you like somebody that much. Approach them and talk with them. But if they tell you they have a boyfriend/girlfriend back off. You never want to be the type that ruins that type of relationship. And you would be too selfish to believe that they are the only ones out for you. There are plenty of fish in the sea. It is all about timing and breaking the rules...

Well then you're still not single. Divorce is finalized and I believe one partner should have full custody of the children. If you are a woman, it would depend on your age and desirability by the opposite sex.
if she/he hasn't lived with their spouse in 6 months??
If you married someone and the divorce isn't final....you're married. If I was married to someone, and they were in the military....and we hadn't technically lived together for 6 months or more, wouldn't we still be married?
It's just crazy, IMHO, to split up with someone and not get a divorce. If you have no intention of getting back together, why would you not extricate yourself from the situation? It's not as if two people can't do the paperwork on their own. Unless you've filed legal separation papers, which frees you from any responsibility (legally/financially), a person is crazy for not filing divorce papers. Credit card debt? YOURS! They get in a car accident and get sued? YOU might be held liable. Yikes...well worth the headach of filling out the papers and paying the filing fees!

You should tell the truth to anyone you date, that you are seperated. No ifs ands or butts. Give the.other person the chance.to make up his/her mind. Personally I would not date you, and many women would agree.with me.
