I haven't been married to husband #1 for almost 30 years and he still pops up from time to time. Doesn't bother me much.

I wouldn't read too much into it. It should subside soon.

Your subconscious mind is still processing him. Why is something only you can answer.

eh, he was my first love. I'll be processing him for the rest of my life. but that's a good point you make. All I know is in this last dream..he was telling me how he's marrying his girlfriend because they're more compatible than we were, and I didn't care in the dream, telling him that I'm happy with who I'm with now and I didn't wake up upset either. It was more of an I don't want to be there feeling that I had. It was weird and seemed pointless.

My ex showed up on one dream. Evidently she wanted back in, I kept telling her no. She wouldn't shut up and started crying, so I agreed to meet to talk about it. I didn't bother to make the meeting.

Sometimes my ex shows up. In my dreams, I'm still with him and I'm not happy. And in my dream, I keep thinking, I thought I was happy! I could have sworn I was happy! And then I search and search and I remember my husband and I'm filled with relief!
