I LOVE your thread. Thanks for sharing, LionKing!!
Hakuna Matata and Mahalo!
When I'm feeling burnt out, I usually like to listen to music I found inspiring as a child.
I like to reflect back on how life can change so quickly so fast, but in the end, I'm reminded, we're still the same people underneath mixed up in the commotion.
Songs, remembering my roots, loving my family and friends, dancing, taking care of myself, exercising (endorphin builder), finding ways to rejuvenate helps a bunch!
I highly believe in getting in touch with our spiritual selves (not in religions sense), but just enjoying something as simple as a green leaf transparent in the sunlight feels like gentle caresses like a breeze across my skin.
It's the simple things in life worth savoring. Gratitude helps put things into perspective.
Sometimes, looking at the clouds and the stars a night reminds me of how mysterious life is, and how in the grand-scheme of things we're just lucky to be here to witness life in it's entirety.
