I've dated guys 10 years younger and my BF has dated women 10 years older, so yes.
I've met quite a few younger guys in my time who said they couldn't stand dating younger women because of immaturity and insecurity.
I look at 30 as point where all of that gets left behind (In most cases). The few times Ive ventured out and dated much younger women I was dissapointed.

I agree that 30 is the magical age for both genders.

Uh, no.
I am 43 and I wouldn't consider a woman in her thirties. At least where I am now.
I've noticed that the only decent guys I get responses from on dating sites are 10 years (or more) younger than me. I don't feel comfortable dating someone that much younger than me, but I guess the fact that I've received several responses from much younger men means they are out there dating older women.
One thing to note, even though I'm 45, I look about ten years younger than that, so if they aren't the observant type who actually read a woman's profile, they might not know they are responding to the ad of someone so much older than themselves.
