It has only been 4 or 5 days since you met her. She may be busy or involved with her job. I don't recommend leaving any more messages, but give her a little more time before you give up hope.

I met a lady for a drink last Thursday, we had a good time and ended up making out for an hour or so. I got the signals from her so I made the move...We were together for about 5 in hours in total. We were in a secluded little nook in a bar, so nobody could really see what we were up to.
I text her Saturday, saying it was nice meeting you, let's hang out again, let me know when you're free - no response. In the text I made a joke about my jaw hurting cos of kissing (it really did hurt on Friday). She was a bit of a forceful kisser BTW
Called her Sunday, let a message saying the same thing - no response so far.
Ladies, any idea why she's disappeared? Was it my joke about the kissing?
I suspect she's got other guys lined up...

If she's a catch, like you say, she's got a few guys pursuing her. I think she liked you, but likes others more and she was making the most of her time out with you.
Just in general, I like the approach of texting the next day to just say you had a nice time and thank them for going out with you. Then give them a few days or week at least to ask for a next date, so they have some space and it leaves some suspense.
She's probably putting the LTR guy through the 90-day no sex plan and hooking-up/sleeping-around all over town.

As of right now, that may always be up to interpretation. Don't always get caught up in what a woman says, get caught up in what a woman does. Actually, when one is drunk, the quality of any romantic/sexual interaction is pretty low. Nobody really has any precision, everything is sloppy and rushed.
Apparently ecstasy though, makes sex a hell of a lot better.....or so I've heard.
